I wanted to get my GED® much sooner than I did, but I had a bunch of obstacles. I want to say it took about a year at least to finally finish. I really kicked into full gear once I got a job promotion and shortly after that, I found out I was pregnant. I had been to as many classes as possible, but with the new job, I had been slacking. To add to that I then had doctor’s appointments and due to the appointments, I was moved to almost all-night shifts at work. Prior to getting pregnant, I was trying to get time to take the test.
