About Us
MISSION
The Mission of the Literacy Council of Madison County is to provide education services to adult residents of Madison County, VA to enhance their quality of life as jobholders, parents, and lifelong learners.
OUR COURSES
The Literacy Council offers free classes to residents of Madison County in the following subjects:
- GED ® test preparation
The GED covers four subjects: language arts, mathematics, science, social studies.
- Reading, math, and writing
- Technology literacy and using computers
- English Language Learning
- Using your smartphone
